1999 Chevy Blazer High Beam Indicator light

When I turn the car off and take the key out, about 15 seconds later the blue high beam indicator light comes on and runs the battery down. Why?

I would suspect either a wiring issue or a bad headlight or dimmer switch.....accurately diagnosing the problem will require a wiring diagram and multi-meter or test light.
In the meantime, I would disconnect the battery when you park the truck at night to ensure you will have power to start it the next morning.
