My '99 Blazer started to make a "slap-tunk" noise after I put brand new Cooper Discoverer radials on it. It has 4-wheel disc brakes and did it when I went down the road and increased with my speed. Now, it just does it when I go over a bump. It also squeaks like something needs to be greased when I step on the brakes hard(It does this when its stopped). Please respond, it is greatly appreciated!

Do you feel a bump through the seat when you hear the noise? If so check the torsion bar mounts and cross member. The rubber tends to fail and cause noise. The other option is the ball joints. Because it happened after new tires it could also be that they were stressed.
