1998 Chevy Blazer no cold air only hot

the air comes out cold for a minute and then it switchs back to hot i hear a flap close and then it is only hot air it seems like the deverter door actuator is bad how do i fix this problom

is it automatic or manual temp controls. if its manual sounds like you need a new vaccum swith in the heater controls.
