1997 Chevy Blazer brake IP light

Just had my brake pads replaced and now my IP brake light has come on and I loose brake pressure while sitting at red lights

Check brake fluid level and let me know how it looks.

Brake fluid is full but is not clear looking. Looks dirty

May have air in the brake system. Might want to take back to the service shop and ask if they bled the brake system after the repair.
