If I go straight down the road or turning right there is a horrible virbration/humming sound coming from the passenger front side someplace, but as soon as I turn the wheel to the left it is silent and you dont hear anything. I was told it was probably a wheel bearing so I changed that but it still does it. What else could it be?

Whatever bearing you replaced. Replace the other one. The noise you are describing is definitely a bad wheel bearing. Does the bearing you took out spin freely? If it does then its probably still good. Try installing that bearing on the other side. I bet you will find the other bearing is bad. This happened in my shop yesterday. Even a trained tech can sometimes misdiagnose the side the noise is coming from. Trust me.
