As I turn on the A/C while the car is stationary, every thing seems fantastic but every time as I press the accelerator to move the car, I can hear a shearing sound which finishes immediately as the car attains high speed. Especially in traffic jam where you just move very slow this sound is very obvious. This sound comes only on initial pressing of the accelerator and as you release the accelerator, but only on very slow speed.
2ndly like after a continuous using the A/C for 1 hour a bad smell starts commong from the blowers just like the smell coming out of wet clothes if been left wet for a longer period of time.

The noise could be an improper air gap in the A/C clutch. The odor is mildew. The odor can be removed by having the condenser coils cleaned and an afterblow module installed at your local dealership.
