I am confused, I have had both o2 sensors and catalytic converter on passenger side replaced on my car. Because both bank 2 sensors were coming up with heater malfunction. So I changed them, after drive cycle check engine light came back on, so I changed my leaking catalytic converter. Drive cycle again, light comes back on. Am I missing something?

That may be correct, but I have heard that because of the 02 sensor showing, that is what causes the EGR error.

The 161 is for the ABS pump motor. It may be internally shorted.
