The car when at starting rave of 1.5 rpm makes a rattling noise like dry bearing. When you r going up a steep road, the rattling increases. On neutral there is no noise.
After much investigation, we found the noise coming from the Cylinder head. So I did a full service changed all the plugs, changed oil & filter, gearbox oil, there was leakage on timing belt seal so we changed that.

But the noise didn't disappear. Instead now there is a check engine light on. When we ran diagnostic on it, it states VVTI sensor error, camshaft. Now I am not able to buy the complete cyclinder head, but there is no heating, or any issues, except the noise.

Where could this noise be coming from the cylinder head? What mechanics cause a rattling inside the cylinder head.

If you haven't done it then its time to change the timing belt and tensioner. The water pump is also run on that belt and it must be changed as well. The water pump is most likely the noise but the timing belt must come off so it might as well get changed too. The vvt sensor problem should fix itself once this is done. If not then change that too.
