My front fender passenger side tire blew out, it did some damage underneath where the fog light and wiring. I had it fixed, but as soon as I got my car back the check engine light came on and the key fob that starts up your car would not work. I never had a problem like that before, even before I got it fixed. Can you tell me what is wrong? I had one cylinder, four cylinder and five-cylinder misfires come back on the diagnostic would that put the check engine light on my dash.

Yes, it will any engine trouble will cause the check engine light to come on. I would do a CAN scan which is easy you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon for about $36.00.

Here is a video to show you how:

Amazon CAN scanner link for about $35.00:

Here is a guide on a regular engine scan:

Let me know what codes come up so I can help you fix your car.
