I get in the car to leave the battery is always drained?

I have replaced the starter and have a new battery. Still when I get in the car to leave the battery is always drained. When trying to jump the battery it will sometimes take an hour. I just keep rearranging cables for possibly better connection and when I turn over the engine to see if it starts my new starter just clicks. I have no idea what finally got the battery jumped. Is there anything I might be overlooking that could cause this to happen like fuses or something? Thank you for your Expertise in advance. Carol

The system has a draw, the first thing I like to do is remove the A/C compressor control relay because when they stick it leaves the compressor engaged and draws the battery down. here is a guide that can help and the location of the relay so you can remove it to see if the problem goes away:
