Which make and model car is the best

Well, I have a Honda Prelude 2001 now and I'm thinking to change my car to a 2001 - 2003 model Mustang or a 2001 - 2004 model BMW 3 series. For my current car the maintenance is okay for me and I want to know what difference will be there for the above 2 cars if I switch to any one of them. Please tell me If there are any problems and also a good advice.

Good morning,

The Mustang is a good choice. It is a performance car that will require constant maintenance to keep it in good working order. It will not be like the Honda at all. Plan on at least doubling your maintenance budget.

BMW is a different story. You are entering the area of luxury sports cars. Parts and labor are huge in comparison to the Honda. Plan on spending a lot more for every maintenance performed and will require more than average repairs and maintenance.

It all depends on how much you want to pay for these upgrades.
