Will not start after replacing throttle body?

Hello. So, in the last few months, I started getting a reduced engine power light. The code given was for the throttle body position sensor. Well, after cleaning it and it was running okay for a while, it happened a couple more times. So, I just replaced it with a brand-new throttle body, and now I can only get the vehicle to crank, but not start. I can try to answer any questions you have. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

There is no set up required according to the manual which I have left below. Is the part new or used? We need to scan for codes. You can get a code scanner from Amazon for about $20.00.

Also remove the electrical connector for inspection and to make sure it is connected fully. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
