Car wont start after replacing serpentine belt and radiator hose

I was driving and all of a sudden my serpentine belt broke and somehow sliced my radiator hose off. I replaced the parts and tried to start it and the lights on the dash board came on, but it would not start. It clicks, but wont turn over.

So was your battery drained from the belt breaking and the alternator not charging? Did it get really hot when the belt broke and lost all the coolant?
