This is one of two things in most cases. Either the shift cable is pretty far out of adjustment so I attached the process for this.
The second depends on if this is the CVT transmission or not. If not then you most likely have a pump issue and the transmission is not building any pressure in order to move the vehicle.
If it is a CVT then I suspect you have a belt issue. Both these second issues require to pull the tranmission out but let's start with checking for codes and then checking the fluid if it is not the CVT unit.
