Car shakes

One day I went to crank my truck and it got stuck on cranking up so I cut it off and then I tried it again and it got stuck again and then it started but there was a pop and some smoke came out from under the hood and then when it's on it shakes al lil bit what do y'all think happened it cranks right up?

Scan for codes it may have backfired causing smoke then maybe plug damage. However, if it has a misfire then have a local pro look at it because it can be anything form a sensor/injector or basic engine problem. Do this so you do not waste money on good parts.
