Car service lights on?

Did all of these lights come on at the same time? I would clear the codes while doing a CAN scan to see what comes up and then drive it to see if they come back, it could be a glitch or a voltage spike that caused the problems. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.
