Car screeching when I crank it?

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on.. You can upload it here with your response.

It sounds like it's coming from where the phone is. When I rev it 3 times it goes away. It only does it when I crank the car and let it run.

Thanks for the video, it helps, it sounds like a vacuum leak or the PCV system has a leak, I would use this guide when the engine is cold only to see if you get a reaction from the spray, this will tell you where the problem is.

Here are some areas to check. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. If you can find a leak, please remove the serpentine belt and start the engine for a few seconds to see if the noise is gone. Let me know what you find.

How do I find the oil return line?

I changed the tensioner, belt and PCV hose, but it stills make a whine. It's like from the middle of the engine.

I finally found the noise. It's coming from under the car in the middle.

It's also dripping a lot of water. I believe they coming from the turbos. Because it's dripping from both sides underneath a lot.

Is the noise coming from the turbos? I have seen them go bad and create a whining noise. If the turbos are bad here is how to change them out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
