Hi,
Actually, that looks really clean. There is no restriction there.
This is likely the result of one of two things. First, the heater core is plugged and heated coolant can't circulate through it.
To test this theory, start the engine, turn the heat on high, and allow the engine to reach operating temperature. Once it does, turn the engine off. Open the hood and feel both heater hoses at the firewall. Both should be hot. If one is and the other isn't, there is no coolant flow, and the heater core will need to be flushed or replaced.
Next, there is a blend air door that controls how much heat enters the vehicle. On this car, it is controlled by a cable. So, we will need to check that the cable is good, attached, and causing the blend air door to move.

Try this and let me know the results. Also, make sure you feel tension on the temp knob in the vehicle when changing from hot to cold. If you adjust the temp quickly, oftentimes you will hear the door shut.
Take care and let me know what I can do to help.
