The car runs good, when It runs it will lose all electric power but head lights work. It will restart in two or more minutes only to run for various times then do it again. All relays are replaced. I hear something on the left side of passenger floor click. Also one relay in center of console is getting warm not sure it is the EEC or the fuel pump relay.

Follow the smaller battery positive wire to the under-hood fuse box and be sure that connection is clean and tight. Follow the smaller negative battery wire to the body and be sure that one is tight and not rusty.

Thanks, I will do that but I believe I found those already and cleaned them and tightened, still same problem. I keep trying to go under the hood and shake wires at harnesses and connections. I thought I found the spot twice, but turns out that it was just a coincidence as I could not find a problem. When I moved them again nothing happened. All electric goes out but headlights still work.

The design of the ignition switch makes it a good suspect, but the problems it causes are usually not intermittent. When you can keep it in the bad state, check if you can measure the voltage on both sides of the 80 or 100-amp main fuse in the under-hood fuse box. You should find twelve volts there all the time. If those terminals are inaccessible, measure the voltage on the large output wire on the back of the generator, then on the white/dark green wire in its plug. Both of those must have twelve volts all the time. If those are missing, the best suspect is burned connections on that huge fuse. If those are all okay, we need to take some readings at the ignition switch.
