Car jerking

When I am driving the car and using the accelerator and pretty much staying at the same speed the car jerks. It kind of feels like hesitation once I release the accelerator it stops. It does not do this all of the time but is getting worse.

It sounds like your engine is misfiring. Have you replaced the spark plugs lately? If not here is a guide that will show you how to get the job done.
