06 galant has rough idle when ac is on changed n serviced the injectors,EGR valve,cam n crankshaft sensors, ac compressors last thing to do is IACV but can locate it on the throttle body any ideas even some mech suggested change of brain box really confused but runs well while in motion

Your model most probably don't use IACV anymore. Cleaning the throttle plate and its surrounding area inside the throttle body is all you need to do.
