Engine chokes and hesitates while driving

Upon acceleration the car chokes as if it is going to cut off. It also chokes and hesitates while driving. Sometimes it cuts off but starts back up! Tune up was done in October 2016. The choke and hesitation is felt in the front of the engine!

Have the spark plugs and ignition coils checked. Symptoms indicates misfiring and could be due to bad spark plugs/ignition coils or presence of oil/water in plug tubes.
