Car heater blowing cool air

My cars heater is blowing cool air and not warm when heater is turned on.

First, check to make sure the engine coolant is full and clean If it is, pay attention to the engine temperature gauge. Is it running at operating temp? Next, there is a component called a blend air door actuator which determines the temperature of the air entering the vehicle. It could be an issue also.
