Hello, I am Danny.
Unfortunately, there are a bunch of suspension components that could cause this noise. This can be hard to diagnose via email. The best way to diagnose what is wrong is to have the vehicle put up on a vehicle lift and cycle steering to mimic the problem or use rubber mallet to tap components to see/hear if anything is loose or causing the sound. You might want to check control arm bushings, sway bar links, ball joints, tie rod ends, shock mounting points, wheel bearing/hub assembly. Or any related nuts, bolts, and hardware related to the suspension. You might want to try a local tire store/shop to see if they offer free inspection. Hope this helps and feel free to ask if you have anymore questions.
