Car does not crank or start

So it started by placing a wrong key into ignition and anti theft shut the car down. I changed the ignition switch and I am using proper key. now the security light is off and theft light is off but car does not crank. good starter, all lights work, but it just does not crank.

Hmm,

If you leave the key in the on position for five minutes does the security light come on?
