Do I have a premium amp installed in my car listed above RX 458 or do I need to add one if I'm adding a sub?

Hi,
I tried to look up specifics on the OEM audio system. I'm only showing an RX450 and RX350. See attached pic below.
As far as adding subs, the vehicle wasn't designed for them, so I don't feel it would be a good idea to tie into the OEM amp. However, anything is possible.
Let me know if the model you indicated is accurate.
