Cannot turn and car cuts out

So it only does this the first time you start it up, or does it happen after every start if the car has been setting a while? Are there any noises before or during the event like growling or squealing? The engine actually stalls out correct? What happens if you start the car and let it run for say five minutes before you try to drive it? When it starts to cut out, does stepping on the clutch change whether it stalls or not?

So it does it every time you start it up. Does it do it if you do not turn? You can start it back up and drive it the five hundred meters and it shuts off again? It starts back up okay, not like it ran out of gas?

Check all of the fuses, It is possible that the car charger shorted power and blew a fuse that also controls other circuits. Lack of power to something like the fuel pump after the initial prime could cause engine power loss. Not super likely but it is the first thing to check, especially if that was something that happened right after the charger was plugged in. It would not be the first time a charger shorted out.
