I just change the car valve stem seals and when I try to set the timing like the manual says the car is not in time and do not have compression. I have been trying for days to set timing.

Is yours a belt or a chain, if the valve timing has been set wrong and the engine rotated, you will bend valves. I am concerned that this may be the case here, but first please advise if chain or belt first.

If you have set the valve timing as per these pictures it will be correct. If you have no compression, you may have bent valves with incorrect timing and turning the engine over. Check your timing again and do a leak down test to see if compression is leaking past the valves.

I have been doing it like that but when I rotate engine with a wrench the intake camshaft always hit the number two piston.

If the timing is correct, I do not think it is possible but are the cams mixed up?

They are not, I just set up the timing like the picture and not even a full turn the number two piston hits the valve because the camshaft (triangle things) are down.

Can you post a clear pic of your valve timing set up, if it is set as per specs, it should be ok, so something is very wrong here.

Have you checked that the valve touching the piston is not damaged and being held open all the time?

Well if that is ok, you have to start the timing procedure from the start, check that engine is set a TDC, check both cams are set correctly and re check timing chains are exactly as needed, if this is correct then it must work, I feel that one of the timing points is not correct, that is the only way a valve can hit a piston, apart form it being stuck down and you say that is not the case here. I would also ensure that the crank turns full revelation with out the cams fitted, this will ensure all valves are seated and if it stops, there must be a valve stuck part down, or a problem with the crank /piston. Do not take anything for granted as we must ensure every point is covered and checked.
