Can I stop back pressure build up by installing a compression release in dead cylinder?

No 2 cyl is not firing. Ran for a few weeks not a lot but had no choice. No pushing oil out of dipstick same side and next to dead cyl. Back pressure in crankcase is pushing out the oil I get it. My question is how can I prevent cyl from creating pressure in the crankcase without tearing down and rebuilding. I'm handicapped now and can't do the work. Of course I'm a poor vet on soc sec min. I need the transportation for very important drs visits trying to get on a veterans lung transplant list. Must travel 180 mi round trip end of week. I'm not concerned with the miss as the oil geyser. If I put a comp release in the cyl would that solve back pressure issue?

Crankcase pressure is produced by the action of the pistons moving up and down the bore and combined with any blow-by past the piston rings, the pressure is vented via the PCV system, short of fixing the problem, you wont be able to control the excessive crank case pressure.
