Can you give me any idea of what sort of cost should I expect to pay to get a cam belt replaced on my Mitsubishi Shogun.
It's a 1998 3.0 V6 24 valve LWB Shogun
Also can you tell me at what mileage are they recommended to be changed?

Cost would depend on where you are located so the best option is to get a quoted from where you would like to have it replaced.

Timing belt replacement interval depends on location as well as weather and driving conditions makes a difference. It can range from 60,000 miles to 108, miles and if you have not replace it before, it is time to have it replaced now.
