As soon as I replace a fuse for the charging device for my cell phone as an example in both the front area or the back seat area it blows again as soon as I attempt to charge my phone. Is there a better fuse then the ones you get at and auto store: RE; Autozone.

If the common denominator is your phone charger, maybe it is the cause. Try replacing the fuse and using the cigar lighter element and see if the fuse blows. If it doesn't blow until something is plugged into it, then what is being plugged into the receptacle has high resistance.
