1990 Cadillac Seville ENGINE SURGES WHILE DRIVING

While driving my 90 Seville, under a load or just cruising. The engine almost feels like it slightly stumbles and then surges forward. Its not extremely noticeable but to me, very annoing. I have had a recent tune-up, 3 injectors replaced, new crank shaft sensor. The gas mileage isn't what it used to be (about 14 mpg) It almost feels like a cylinder is cutting out, but it seems like it would be more noticeable then it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Start by getting the fuel pressure and throttle position/MAP&MAF sensors checked out.
