1992 Cadillac Brougham 5.7 L. milleage 120000KM
tuned up recently: replaced spark plugs, ignition wires, air filter, feul filter, cap & rotor PCV valve.

The alternator replaced as well ( a brand new alternator)

Eversince the tune up, it is difficult to start the engine or takes longer time to start. Once the engine start, it is surging and hesitating.

Your answer is appreciated.

Hi:
Make sure none of the sensors were left unplugged. If they are all ok, check the IAC and the throttle position sensor.
