2003 Cadillac Escalade i NEED HELP!

I drive a 03 Escalade. I was driving for over a 2 hours then all of sudden my truck started slowing down, I'm pushing the gas pedal the speedometer is reading 80mph but my truck is still down all the other cars that were drivinf slower are now passing me. I pull over put it in park I get out check for leaks, I revive the engine then I get back on the road at first it seems fine I get up to 60 mph but thats it, it wont go pass 60mph. I need help? Wants wrong with my truck? No warning lights is coming.

Is it a speedometer issue, or is the truck physically not reaching speed. Does it seem to be shifting, and accelerating correctly from a stop? It could be restricted catalytic converters, but that don't usually occur all of a sudden.
