I just put 18'' inch rims on my Cadillac. Now everytime I stop and go the traction control engages. Sometimes when I turn too sharp I hear a clank sound. Now just recently, the TRACTION CONTROL and the ANTI-LOCK BRAKE light is coming on. Im definetly going to get my car serviced, but first I just wanted a suggestion of what you think it might be. Thank you.

The ABS module uses sensors to read wheel speed. Currently, the sensors are reading a wheel speed that is not what was calibrated with the factory wheels because the 18's are bigger and thus make the wheel speed different. This is most likely the cause of both the traction control light and abs light. There may be an aftermarket program available to let the abs module "relearn" the new wheel size/speed. That is where I would start looking for answers as to where to get this done as they probably see this problem daily. The noise you hear is most likely the oversized wheels rubbing on the plastic inner fenders. See this a lot on trucks with oversized tires.

Hope this helps.
