what is most likely cause? seems to be slightly missing on 3rd cyl. i replaced coil, injector, and fuel pressure regulator, also fuel filter. sets code p046 fuel imbalance left and right bank. can't find any vaccum leaks. where should i go from here?

Hi Could be exhaust leak or O2 fault. Follow diagnostic chart see if it leads to fault. Let me know Thanks for donate
