4.9 or 4.6 makes no difference:

P030 ISC RPM out of range
P031 shorted map sensor
P039 TCC engagement problem
P052 keep alive memory reset(can happen with dead/discon. Battery)
P055 Closed throttle rpm out of range

P098 High RPM P/N to D/R shift under ISC(this code applies to 4.9l only)
