If the dealer has replaced the tires, have they load force balanced them. This spots imperfections in the wheel/tire assembly. Is this an all-wheel drive CTS, and are they using the proper weights for the wheel? I am not trying to stir the pot, but as a dealer technician myself, the dealer just can't throw up there hands and say they don't know. You have rights, they have an obligation to fix it by all means necessary, or you can press the issue up to and including vehicle buyback. Does it have factory wheels? If not, have factory wheel/tires been substituted? If you are not limited by special circumstances, like a warranty block, or branded titile, and you are not satisfied with the way it is being handled, contact GM customer service. The number is in your owners manual, or the dealer should be able to give it to you. If you mention that you are dissatisfied, and considering having the vehicle bought back, you may see a change in the way it is handled.
