I personally wouldn't pay so much for a car with that many miles, but that's up to you.
What you could do is tell the seller to take the car to a shop and let them do a complete check-up on the car's engine/trans. (Including a compression Check of the motor's cylinders)
You could pay for this procedure and have the seller agree to deduct that from the price.
