2003 Cadillac CTS Code B0041

I live in city where roads are in such disrepair that my CTS shakes more than a stripper at a club Now my service air display comes intermittly and when I pulled code B0041 it states driver side deployment loop open.
How can I check this.

There is no real way for a consumer to check this without a scan tool, or a load tool to substitute in place of the inflator module. It could be open wiring in the seat as well. Often times these are intermittent faults, have you cleared the code, and/or has it returned?
