Is the parking brake warning light on? This code is set when the car is in motion with the parking brake on, which means the parking brake actuator is not working. When the parking brake is set, can you start the car (turn it on) and put it in gear to see if you can hear the parking brake actuators working on both sides? If you can only hear one side the side, you can't hear needs to be replaced which I have included in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
