I'm wanting to know if there is a way to bypass the A/C compressor by putting on a smaller serpentine belt if that is possible to do.

Because of the way the belt is routed on the engine it isn't possible to use a smaller belt to bypass the A/C. The image shows the belt routing for that engine. The A/C is number 5. It might be possible to bypass it if they make an A/C bypass pulley for that engine, but I don't see one listed. What is the issue with the A/C compressor? Bad clutch bearing or failed compressor?
