Ask at the body shop. First of all, they aren't going to appreciate you bringing your own parts. That's like bringing your own food to a restaurant and asking them to cook it for you. If it doesn't fit right or has shipping damage, you will have taken on the responsibility for the additional repair cost.
They will use a "flat rate" guide to determine the number of hours to charge for repairing the bumper, and for replacing it. When you consider they need to charge around $100.00 per hour, it's going to cost a lot more to repair it than to replace it.
