1994 Buick Skylark how do u know if your engine is blocked

I'm not sure what you mean by, blocked? Are you saying there is no coolant flow?

Are you saying, you suspect the engine is siezed? If so, you can get on either end of the crank and try to rotate. If you can't turn the crank, try removing the access belt/s and spark plugs, try again.
