1989 Buick Skylark stalling out and rough idle

My 89 Skylark is stalling out when in reverse, at a stop or coming to a slow. Aafter stalling won't star up right away, it's forcing coolant and when the car was idleing it was leaking water like a water fall, and the heater isn't working well now.

I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure, see if pressure is correct and that pressure holds when everything is turned off. How long since a tune-up? Any codes? Take throttle-body off and give it a cleaning.
