If it's not stuck, then to open it after you pull the hood latch you have to slide your hand under the grill, I think slightly to the right of the middle (the middle if you're facing the front of the car) and then you'll feel a little rectangular thing. Push it up and then you can pull the hood up while you're holding the thing up.
If the hood is stuck (wont pop up a little when you push hood latch inside car), you might have to have someone else try to yank the hood up while you keep pulling the hood latch inside. Then once you get it open, to avoid the problem in the future you should spray WD-40 or some other lubricant on the part that releases the hood (the place where the little black rectangle attaches to keep the hood shut) sorry for the very long reply :)
