My car will start and run fine until I try to start it again after the engine has gotten hot. Once it is hot it will not start or even attempt to crank. When you turn the key you can hear the clicking in the fuse box w/ ignition switch fuses and I know for sure the starter has power to it, and its a brand new starter. I have tried everything I can think of including a new starter and triple checking to make sure the wires are connected properly and tightly. Any ideas?

Could be a blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay, /park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
