1988 Buick Regal Quits while driving

My car quits while driving it, if you pull over it will start right up. It will always do it if you take off fast or kicking it into passing gear. We have checked the fuel pump in the tank, the air fuel mixture control, oxygen sensor. If you have any ideas please let me know, Thank's.

Based on when it happens and how it happens, my first guess would be the fuel pump. However, you said you checked that. How was it checked? Has the check engine light come on?

A fuel pressure gauge was installed and taped to the windshield. The car was driven and no pressure drop was noticed when the car quit. The check enigine light does not come on. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
