If you have dual climate control, there are two seperate blend air doors that determine if you get heat or AC. Check them and let me know what you find. NOTE: They are under the dash near the heater core.

The problem is when the A/C is just a little low the air on the driver side is still cold while the passenger side will be warm. Charging the A/C until the passenger side becomes cool/cold is the solution here. However be careful not to go too far and overcharge which can damage the system.
