1995 Buick Park Avenue emergicy brake

Check your owners manual. I can't remember on this model, isn't there a pawl or gear mechanism that the ebrake arm fits into? You'll need a good small flashlite (I usually hold mine in my mouth) and good dexterity lying (sp?) On your back--push a screwdriver where the lever joins the gear and try to move it back manually.
